Shanghai, China, June 9, 2020 – Honeywell's new protective kit was recently launched to provide airline passengers and crew with better protection for a safer and healthier travel experience.
The protective gear kit is sealed and contains gloves, masks, and wet wipes. This is just a small part of Honeywell's many efforts to restore public activities and protect people returning to work. These include using new technologies to detect elevated body temperatures, monitoring air quality in buildings, and determining whether individuals in the crowd are properly socially distancing. Honeywell protective kits can be used not only for air travel, but also in office buildings, warehouses, retail stores, stadiums, schools, and other public spaces.
"We strive to provide airlines with the right products and systems to better protect their passengers and employees," said Mike Madsen, president and CEO of Honeywell Aerospace Group. Under this premise, we upgraded the solution. In collaboration with other Honeywell business units, we moved quickly to develop an aircraft hygiene solution. ”
