1. Keep the fire passage and driving passage at the work site unblocked, and clean up the debris that affects the safety of the operation;
2. The ladders, railings, platforms, covers and other facilities at the work site are complete and firm, and the temporary facilities used should ensure safety;
3. Effective protective measures should be taken for pits, wells, ditches, and holes that may endanger safety at the work site, and warning signs should be set up, and warning red lights should be set up at night. The electrical power supply on the equipment to be repaired should be reliably cut off, and the power switch should be turned off and locked to hang a safety warning sign.
1. The operation permit management shall be implemented for confined space operations, and the confined space safety operation permit must be obtained before operation. Pipelines connected to other systems in the restricted space should be safely isolated, and effective isolation measures should be taken for those that may endanger safe operations.
Pipeline safety isolation can be achieved by inserting blinds or removing a section of pipe. Blind or dismantled tubing cannot be replaced with a water seal or shut-off valve.
2. The holes that may endanger safe operation and the holes connected to the restricted space should be strictly sealed.
When there are electrical equipment such as agitators in the confined space, the power supply should be cut off, locked, and a warning sign should be hung after the machine is stopped.
3. Cleaning or replacement
Before entering the confined space for operation, the confined space should be cleaned or replaced according to the characteristics of the materials in the confined space.
4. Ventilation
Measures should be taken to maintain good ventilation in confined spaces.
Open the manhole, hand hole, material hole, damper, smoke door and other facilities connected to the atmosphere for natural ventilation. Forced ventilation can be used if necessary.
When using pipeline air supply, the medium and air source in the pipeline should be analyzed and confirmed before air supply.
It is forbidden to fill in confined spacesoxygenOr oxygen-rich air. Ventilation measures should be taken to maintain good ventilation in confined spaces.
5. Monitoring
Gas sampling and analysis of the confined space should be carried out within 30 minutes before operation, and the restricted space can only be entered after the analysis is qualified.
The analytical instrument should be within the validity period of the calibration and should be in normal working condition before use.
The sampling points should be representative, and the upper, middle and lower parts of the confined space with large volume should be sampled.
Regular monitoring should be carried out at least every 2 hours during operation, and the monitoring frequency should be increased when the monitoring analysis results change significantly.
6. Personal protective measures
inFlammable and explosiveWhen working in confined spaces, wear anti-static work clothes and work shoes, and use explosion-proof low-voltage lamps and non-sparking tools.
When working in confined spaces with corrosive media such as acid and alkali, protective equipment such as acid-alkali anti-acid and alkali work clothes, work shoes, and gloves should be worn.
Wear earplugs or earmuffs when working in confined spaces that generate noise.
7. Lighting and electricity safety
The operator should stand on the insulating plate to ensure reliable grounding of the metal container. Temporary electricity should go through the electricity use procedures, and be erected and dismantled in accordance with the provisions of GBT 13869.
8. Guardianship
There should be a special person to operate outside the restricted space.
Before entering the restricted space, the guardian should check the safety measures with the operator and unify the contact signal.
When entering high-risk confined spaces for work, additional guardians should be added and contact with operators at all times.
Guardians are not allowed to leave their posts, grasp the number and identity of restricted space operators, and count personnel and tools.
